Refund Policy

Kerygma is built for churches, and church budgets are tight. We don’t want anyone paying for software that doesn’t work for them. This page explains how to get your money back if something’s off.

The short version

1. Free trial

New Pro and Plus subscribers get a 14-day free trial. We collect payment details to verify the subscription but we do not charge you during the trial. If you cancel before day 14, you are never charged. If you do nothing, the trial converts to a paid subscription on day 15 at the standard monthly rate.

2. 30-day refund window

Once the trial ends, your subscription bills monthly. If at any point within 30 days of a payment you decide Kerygma isn’t right for your church, email support@kerygma.dev and we will refund that payment to your original card. We will also cancel your subscription so you are not billed again.

We don’t need a reason. We do appreciate feedback so we can make Kerygma better for the next church.

3. What’s NOT refundable

4. How to cancel without a refund

If you just want to stop future billing without a refund:

Pro / Plus features remain active until the end of your current billing period. The next month, your account reverts to Free.

5. Disputes

If you’re unhappy with how we handle a refund request, please email support@kerygma.dev first so we can fix it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us forces Stripe to lock the account and slows everyone down. We respond within one working day.

6. Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to (not in place of) the rights you have under UK / EU consumer-protection law. If those laws give you a longer refund window than 30 days, those laws win.
